This Privacy Policy explains how AMC-Go ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AMC-Go mobile app or website, provided by xponeX.

AMC-Go is an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) management service, used to schedule and track routine maintenance visits and handle corrective maintenance (CM) requests. Depending on how you use it, you may interact with the app as a Company Admin, a Technician, or as a client reporting a maintenance issue by scanning a QR code on their contract.

Information We Collect

If you sign up as a Company Admin:

Your name and email address, used to create and secure your account
Your account password, or authentication details if you sign in with Google or Apple
Your company name, and the contracts you create — including a client's name, contract details, and the site address/boundary you mark for that contract

If you sign in as a Technician:

Your name, and the sign-in key used to authenticate you (issued by your Company Admin)
Photos you capture within the app to document a corrective maintenance request or a completed AMC visit
A device push notification token, used solely to alert you about new or updated maintenance requests

If you report an issue by scanning a QR code (as a client):

Reporting an issue this way does not require creating an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or any other personal identifier through this flow. We only receive the description and photo you choose to submit for that specific request, tied to the contract whose QR code you scanned.

How We Use Your Information

To operate the core service: creating and tracking AMC visits and corrective maintenance requests
To notify technicians when a new request is submitted or a visit is due
To authenticate accounts and keep them secure
To provide customer support if you contact us

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.

Photos

Photos submitted through the app (of a reported issue, a completed repair, or before/after an AMC visit) are stored to document the maintenance history of the relevant contract, and are visible to the Company Admin and assigned Technician(s) for that contract.

Site and Contract Location Data

A Company Admin may mark a contract's site address and a boundary area on a map when setting up a contract. This describes the location of the facility being serviced — it is not continuous or real-time tracking of any user's own device location.

Account Deletion

If you are a Company Admin, you can permanently delete your account directly within the app, from your Profile screen — no need to contact support. Deleting your account removes your login credentials and, unless you choose to keep it, the company data associated with your account, including contracts, technician records, and photos. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

Service providers that help us operate the app, such as Google Firebase for push notification delivery
Legal authorities, only if required to do so by law

Data Retention

We retain account and maintenance request data for as long as your account or contract remains active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the details below.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

AMC-Go is intended for business use by companies, their technicians, and their clients, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Your Choices

You can update your account information from within the app
You can disable notification permissions at any time from your device settings
You can delete your account at any time directly within the app — see "Account Deletion" above
You can request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
